Terms of participation

Last updated: April 2026. These terms apply to all applicants and fellows of the AAG Fellowship programme run by Advisors Alliance Group.

The programme

The AAG Fellowship ("the Programme") is a year-long initiative run by Advisors Alliance Group Pte. Ltd. ("AAG"). The Programme offers selected fellows financial support, mentorship, a structured paid internship, and curated learning sessions. AAG reserves the right to modify the programme content, schedule, or structure with reasonable notice to fellows.

Eligibility and selection

Selection is at AAG's sole discretion. Meeting the stated eligibility criteria does not guarantee selection. AAG may request additional documentation to verify eligibility. Any material misrepresentation in the application will result in disqualification or withdrawal of the fellowship offer.

Financial support

The financial support of $6,000 (paid as $3,000 per semester) is provided as a bursary. It is not a loan and carries no bond or obligation to work for AAG or any of its affiliates after the programme ends. Payment is conditional on the fellow remaining enrolled at their university in good academic standing and meeting the participation commitments below.

AAG understands that life circumstances can change. Fellows who face genuine hardship are encouraged to communicate early. AAG will work with fellows to find a reasonable path forward where possible.

Internship

The paid internship is a structured 8-week placement with AAG's teams. It includes an overseas business visit, which is fully funded by AAG and is a required component of the programme. Fellows will be provided with details of the internship scope and schedule upon acceptance into the programme.

No bond

There is no bond. Fellows are not obligated to seek or accept employment with AAG, AIA Financial Advisers, or any affiliated entity as a condition of the fellowship or financial support.

Withdrawal

A fellow may withdraw from the programme at any time by notifying AAG in writing. AAG reserves the right to withdraw a fellowship offer or support if a fellow materially fails to meet the participation commitments without reasonable communication, ceases to be enrolled at a qualifying university, or is found to have misrepresented information in their application.

Intellectual property and media

Fellows consent to AAG using photographs and testimonials from programme activities for marketing and communications purposes, with reasonable notice. Fellows retain ownership of any original work produced during the programme unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
